A Little Help In Math

Tonight, reviewing math word problems with Ben:

Ben:  "Mom, I can't do this.  It's so HARD!"

Me:  "It is hard, Ben.  A lot of people think it's hard.  But you can totally do it."

Ben:  "No, I can't."

Me:  "Yes, we can do it together.  I'll help you so you can understand it.  Did you know that Mommy used to be a Math Tutor?"

Ben:  "What's that?"

Me:  "A math tutor is a person who helps people understand math when they need a little extra practice."

Ben:  "Oh, I thought it meant you fart a lot.  Like a TOOTER!"

Seriously.  I can't make this stuff up.
