Why is it called "canning" when you are actually preserving food in a jar?
In any case, I bought myself a pressure cooker on Saturday night at my local WalMart and canned my spaghetti sauce on Sunday. Two batches and eleven jars later and it seems to have worked! I'll let you know tonight after we eat from one of the jars.
I can see why they don't really sell Meat Sauce in jars - it looks a little greasy!
