I can hardly believe this baby turned five years old yesterday.
Lia requested a butterfly pancake for breakfast, so Darrin complied.
She told us she wanted another kitty for her birthday, but since we already have two we had to deny that request. Instead, Lia got a "buddy" kitty that purrs, meows, washes its face and rolls over to have its belly rubbed. I have to admit, it's a little freaky. But she LOVES it!
After school we had three of Lia's friends come over for a "girl party". We painted nails, made jewelry, ate cupcakes and played in her playhouse.
At the end of the day Lia told me that it was her best birthday ever!
