Another Reason to Celebrate

I picked Ben and Lia up from daycare today and told Ben how proud I was of him for achieving his goal of no cards pulled in May.  He said "Hooray, now I get a treat!", beaming from ear to ear.

Lia looked at me and said, "Do I get a treat?"

I asked in return, "Well, have you earned a treat today?"

At that point Miss Paula, our daycare provider, said "I think Lia earned a treat today!"  And she handed me Lia's graduation certificate from her preschool program!

Hooray for Lia!  She is officially (more than) ready for Kindergarten!

So tonight we celebrated Ben's behavior, Lia's graduation from preschool, and Darrin and I for a job well done, at least for this moment in time.
